About Us
Our Story
John and Mary Pat Kaul, along with their children & grandchildren, are the owners of Kaul Enterprises, a family-owned and operated business. Before getting their start in the satellite manufacturing business in 1979, the Kaul's worked on their family farm. They started KTI (Kaul-Tronics Inc.) in their home in Lone Rock prior to moving the business to Richland Center. They operated KTI for over 20 years before selling the business in 2002. The Kaul family moved their focus to the restaurant and the hospitality industry.
The purchase of Fitzgerald’s in Middleton was their first venture in the restaurant business. Soon after, they also acquired The White House Supper Club, Arthur’s Supper Club, Round Barn Lodge & Restaurant, followed by managing both commercial & vacation rental properties. The Kaul family continued their adventures with franchising opportunities, through the Travel Lodge, Super 8, Ramada, Hardees, KFC, as well as the Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery. Kaul Enterprises headquarters remains at 1450 Veterans Drive in Richland Center WI.
